A $50 non-refundable fee is charged for any modifications or cancellations to cover the cost of the Ellis and Liberty Island tickets purchased by the Hotel at the time of reservation. The tickets are “Flex Tickets” good for one time use for a three day period beginning on your arrival date and guarantee transportation by ferry and admittance to the grounds of both Islands and the Ellis Island Immigration Museum. The “Monument Pass” which provides entry to the Statue of Liberty is not guaranteed and is based on availability at the time of your arrival at the Battery park ferry terminal.

Suite Rewards
Suites are ideal for a long weekend, family vacation, special occasion, or even a business trip where you might enjoy the extra space. Pre-book and prepay for one of our spacious suites 30 days in advance and receive a savings of $100 per night off our already great prices. Plus, to make your booking extra rewarding, we will have either a bottle of red wine or a chilled bottle of Prosecco upon arrival.
A minimum of 30 days advanced booking and 3 night minimum stay is required. Full prepayment is due at time of booking and is non-refundable. The reservation cannot be cancelled or modified. Package rate is based upon availability and excludes tax. This offer is not applicable to groups, negotiated rates via third parties and cannot be combined with any other special offer.
Upon completion of the reservation, a prepayment form will be sent via email for you to review, sign and return to Hotel Elysée acknowledging that your credit card will be charged the entire stay. If the prepayment form is not returned within 7 days of the booking date, Hotel Elysée reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Please make certain to complete the entire form and include a legible copy of the front & back of the credit card along with a copy of the cardholder's photo identification.
